Join us at Seachurch Ballycotton for a Surf'n'Turf themed barbeque for fEast 2023. The term surf'n'turf refers to a dish containing both seafood and meat - produce from the sea and land. In our case, the dish we will be serving is a delicious, chargrilled Hereford sirloin steak, topped with Asian style prawns, onion confit, baby gem lettuce, ranch dressing served on grilled ciabatta. Made complete with Sea Church relish and baby leaf salad on the side, and a pint of our own Ballycotton IPA and a performance from George Murphy & The Rising Sons.
